Occupational Health and Safety:
Escar implements necessary measures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for its employees while continuing to create economic value. Recognizing employees as the foundation of its success, Escar aims to benefit both the environment and humanity, managing all processes with an awareness of the importance of environmental and health conditions for the growth and sustainability of its commercial resources.
This approach encompasses developing personal competencies, providing necessary training to prevent accidents, and implementing improvement activities to minimize risks in work processes. Escar recognizes the importance of closely following technological developments and best practices in the industry for its improvement activities.
To achieve its “zero accidents” goal, Escar has implemented a “Safe Driving Training” module, evaluating drivers’ competencies through MEB-approved independent training institutions.
Employee representatives, including an “Employee Ambassador” and a “SEÇ-G (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) Representative,” are appointed to participate in company activities, make suggestions, prevent issues, and follow up on complaints related to various employee concerns.
The Board of Directors is responsible for evaluating reported risks and ensuring necessary measures and preventive actions are implemented.

In response to the earthquake on February 6, 2023, Escar provided container homes to those whose houses were rendered unusable. The company collaborates with the “Emergency Needs Project Foundation (AIP)” to contribute to society through various projects, including financial support for emergency need fulfilment and provision of necessary equipment for aid delivery.
First Aid Training:
Escar organizes first aid training programs available to all employees. Upon successful completion of the exam conducted by the Provincial Health Directorate, employees are awarded a first aid certificate, enabling them to provide accurate and life-saving interventions in emergencies.
